Membership Fee: The ₹2,499 membership fee covers the administrative cost of manual background verification and platform maintenance.
Refunds: If your application is rejected by our verification team due to safety concerns, we will initiate a 100% refund within 5-7 business days. If you are approved but choose not to use the service, the fee is non-refundable as the verification work has already been completed.
We take your privacy seriously. Your Government ID is used solely for the purpose of identity verification and is deleted from our local servers immediately after approval. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your phone number is only shared with other members if you mutually agree to exchange details at an event.
TrueConnex maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Any member found behaving inappropriately online or offline will have their membership revoked immediately without refund.
